GBT Technologies Inc. (OTCPINK:GTCH) has received notice revealing two patent updates.
The firm’s communication microchip patent will be granted on December 31, 2019,
and the second patent of Guardian Patch Tracking Device (the Continuation Patch
Tracking Device Patent), which protects a broader scope of the invention,
received its final allowance and the Company expects it will be granted in
February or March 2020. GBT’s CTO Danny Rittman explained:
"These
two patents are an essential part of our technological IP within the
communication/microchip fields and we are pleased to see them in their final
approval stages. The communication microchip patent will be granted on December
31, 2019 and protects a wide variety of technological concepts and
methodologies implemented within an IC (Integrated Circuit). This microchip
technology opens a whole world of business opportunities through licensing to
IC design firms. The new capabilities offered with this invention [are]
expected to enable [the] design of high performance, low power, robust
microchips that enhance our daily lives within [a] wide variety of domains. We
will file for a continuation patent in order to protect [the] broader scope of
the invention."
IBM (NYSE:IBM)
has been ranked number one in global AI market share by
revenue by the IDC (International Data Corporation). The company attributes
this success to its Data Science Elite Team which, to date, “has grown to
almost 100 data scientists around the world and has been deployed on more than
130 Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Machine Learning projects,
advancing the journey to AI for global customers”. Seth Dobrin, Vice President,

Mobile transportation
company Didi Chuxing is leveraging GPUs and AI technology from NVIDIA
Corporation (NasdaqGS:NVDA) to develop autonomous driving
and cloud computing solutions. According to the press release, Didi will specifically
“use NVIDIA® GPUs in the data center for training machine learning algorithms
and NVIDIA DRIVE™ for inference on its Level 4 autonomous driving vehicles”.
Rishi Dhall, vice president of Autonomous Vehicles at NVIDIA, commented:
“Developing
safe autonomous vehicles requires end-to-end AI, in the cloud and in the car.
NVIDIA AI will enable DiDi to develop safer, more efficient transportation
systems and deliver a broad range of cloud services.”

Healthcare Virtual Assistants Market to Reach $1.76 Billion by 2025
