Intel Corporation (NasdaqGS:INTC) has announced an investment into SaaS intelligent automation platform company Catalytic. Catalytic helps enterprise customers process data faster and more accurately by coordinating people, bots and artificial intelligence. Quoting from Catalytic's website, Wendell Brooks, President of Intel Capital and Senior Vice President of Intel Corporation, said:

Accenture (NYSE:ACN) has opened a flagship innovation hub spanning five floors in San Francisco's Salesforce Tower. According to the press release, the "hub is home to multidisciplinary teams of designers, developers and other technology experts who work with clients to investigate, imagine and bring to life new ideas in areas such as robotics, artificial intelligence and quantum computing."
Nuance Communications, Inc. (NasdaqGS:NUAN) has announced that it will introduce its voice-enabled virtual assistant to all users of its cloud-based clinical documentation platform Dragon Medical One. General Manager of Provider Solutions at Nuance, Michael Clark, said:
"By providing approximately 300,000 clinicians around the country access to this technology through Dragon Medical One, care teams will no longer need to grapple with the burdens of documentation and information retrieval, allowing them to be fully present with their patients. Tasks that once took minutes will be reduced down to seconds. And, as we experience in our daily lives, a voice-driven experience in healthcare is now just a voice command away."
