(OTCQB: GOPH) ("Gopher"), a company specializing in the development of Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence enabled mobile technologies, including a global mesh network technology platform for both mobile and fixed solutions, announced today it has completed the alpha version of its MESH Gateway design and conducted a successful design review. The MESH Gateway is the complementary unit to Gopher's MESH Node unit; together both units form the complete hardware platform for Gopher's MESH Network.
In this design review, crucial technical aspects were inspected and analyzed to ensure best performance. Among the aspects inspected were: power consumption according to operation modes; RF performance; Wi-Fi/BLE (Blue Tooth Low Energy); antenna gain and more. Gopher will now focus its efforts on building the hardware platform for testing/debugging. As with Gopher's MESH Node unit, the Gateway will be going through an extensive set of hardware and FW (firmware) tests in order to ensure efficient and accurate performance. After completing the Gateway testing phase, Gopher will start field testing of the complete system (Gateway and Nodes).

In this next phase we will perform a comprehensive field testing of the complete system, Gateways, nodes, and its supporting software," stated Dr. Rittman.

"One of the most important and difficult tasks in information retrieval is to generate queries that can succinctly identify relevant documents and reject irrelevant documents. In Avant! AI we are addressing this task by context divide-and-conquer approach. Our KRA system analyzes documents, identifies and indexes text and then assigns different technique to "understand" its meaning and make a decision if it is viable or nonrelevant. In the case where the text is providing essential information, it will be added to the relevant database, otherwise it will be rejected. Typically, it is difficult to accomplish a successful search/analysis at the initial search, therefore we conduct searches iteratively and reformulate queries based on evaluation of the previously retrieved documents. One of the advanced methods that we developed is for automatic generation of improved queries. This method is a derivative of relevance-feedback technique. A query can be improved iteratively by taking an available query terms and adding more from the relevant documents, while subtracting terms from the irrelevant documents. This approach, in addition to probabilistic learning strategies enables our Avant! AI to extract knowledge fast and with the highest accuracy. With its upcoming cognitive capabilities users will be able to train Avant! with knowledge and information."
IBM (NYSE:IBM) and H2O.ai have announced that Paraguayan financial services provider, Visión Banco, has deployed H2O Driverless AI, H2O.ai's automatic machine learning platform, on the IBM Power Systems AC922 server. Ruben Diaz, data scientist at Visión Banco, explained the company's relationship with IBM Power Systems.
"By using Driverless AI on IBM Power Systems, we have been able to significantly improve the accuracy, in less time, of our credit risk scoring model. These new models are now in production doing credit scoring in real-time. We were also able to double the propensity for our banking customers to accept an offer of credit products, such as credit cards, which is a great result. We plan to use the platform for more use cases in the future."
Datametrex AI Limited (TSXV:DM) has announced that it will be integrating automated sentiment analysis into its NexaIntelligence AI platform. Claude G. Théoret, President of Datametrex's wholly-owned subsidiary Nexalogy, commented:
