GBT Technologies Inc. (OTCPINK:GTCH) has received a notice of allowance from the United
States Patent and Trademark Office for its 3D, Monolithic, multi-dimensional,
multi-plane, memory structure for integrated circuits patent. Danny Rittman,
GBT’s CTO, explained the patent:
"We
believe this invention will open a whole world of possibilities for mega-chips
with numerous possible features. We believe silicon structures in the shape of
honeycomb, and hexagonal structural layout, can significantly increase the
silicon surface for transistors, enabling a new generation of microchips. We
intend to explore various practical uses for this technology including with
memory cells, micro solar cells and MEMS chips, we believe enabling larger
silicon areas will create new horizons for the creation of advanced,
miniaturized electro-mechanical systems like micro-sensors and micro-actuators
with the goal of creating advanced AI, CPU and powerful GPUs within smaller
areas."
NICE inContact, a subsidiary of NICE Ltd. (NasdaqGS:NICE), has introduced CXone Performance Analytics
integrated with AI-powered analytics application Salesforce Einstein from
Salesforce (NYSE:CRM). This solution enhances contact
center performance by “analyzing blended contact center and CRM data and
pinpoints specific recommendations to improve key performance indicators
(KPIs),” according to the press release. Paul Jarman, NICE inContact’s CEO,
explained:

these uncertain and challenging times, organizations need deep insights into
changing trends and contact center performance. We are thrilled to provide this
unique, easy-to-understand AI-powered analytics application that shows customer
experience leaders and contact center supervisors what’s really impacting their
contact center performance, identifying exactly where their issues are and what

AI in Fintech Market to Reach $31 Billion by 2027
A report published by Verified Market Research finds that the global
AI in Fintech market will grow from $6.33 billion in 2019 to $31 billion by
2027 with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 21.9 percent in the forecast
period 2020-2027. According to the report description, AI use in the Fintech
market is being driven by a “rapid rise in requirement for virtual assistance
for customer support and increase in availability of data sources,” as well as
“rising disposable income and increased digitalization.”
