Gopher Protocol (OTCQB:GOPH) has signed an OEM (original equipment manufacturer)
Licensing Agreement with US-based kennel Shadalane. The latter will integrate
Gopher’s PetTracker products and wireless mesh networking technology to its
product line. Doug Davis, Gopher’s Chief Executive Officer, said:

according to a press release today. Preceding a
keynote address at Viva Technology in Paris, IBM Chairman, CEO and President
Virginia Rometty said:
